Jim fixed my partner’s iPhone 8 Plus screen in less than 2 hours. We were very happy with the customer service, repair price, and the overall experience was great. Highly recommend!

My phone's battery was bulging out of my phone (I did not notice because I had a phone case on). I called Cellular Repair and Jim was able to describe the timeline of the repair. He clearly explained the duration of each step and the overall cost over the phone. Jim was able to do everything he said he was going to do and I am glad to have my phone back in great shape! Jim is extremely professional and I would definitely trust him again to fix my phones.

I would definitely use this service center again. I needed to have my Motorola repaired quickly, and since he had the part on-hand, he was able to repair it within hours. It was less than buying a new phone, so it was a win-win for all. Great service!

Brought in new tablet that I mistakenly setup screen lock and did not write down the password. Jim was able to get it unlocked and transferred everything from my old tab,et to the new very quickly. His repair prices are very reasonable. Jim is very nice and helpful. Will definitely use his services in the future!

Super grateful to Jim for repairing my Steam Deck. My problem was that one of bumper buttons not working. I did some research online and I got a replacement button from somewhere, but the installation required some micro soldering. I brought the plate and the replacement buttons, Jim did a quick check on the plate and confirmed something is wrong with the button. Replacements were from a different device ( Nintendo switch), so not an exact fit, but Jim managed to solder it anyway (pictures attached). It costed me $95 and it was ready the next day. My device is now working properly, however there is a bit of coil whine from repaired side, not sure if it’s because replacement or my reassembly.

I was looking to get my screen repair for my iPhone 11, the prices he charges are outrageous. And also treated me like I’m a thief because I have another iPhone 11 I haven’t use in months and don’t know the iCloud. All I asked was a simple question but he was really sarcastic and rude.

Jim was very nice, got my phone fixed over the weekend. Unfortunately I think there is some issues with it but he took care of it quickly. Would go back if needed.
