I purchased a washer & dryer. Spoke on phone with the man who runs the store and he was very helpful. Later my daughter and I went into the store and he gave us all the time we needed and helped us along the way, explaining the features etc. Now I am looking to purchase a new fridge and Center Appliance was my first place to check. Just started looking into it. May need a new, service man is coming out to repair, if unrepairable- then time for a new fridge. The prices are fair at Center Appliance. Thanks for the help "man who runs the store, don't remember your name, but I remember how nice you were.

In & out within a reasonable short time. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and didn't hesitate to answer any questions and provided extra information to me. So of course before I walked in I took the time to view the reviews for this place.. saw that it had a majority of positive reviews and well convinced me to check it out in person. Let’s just say.. big mistake. Who ever the old guy was sitting in desk was..rude, careless, unprofessional, and no help to me at all. I’m sorry but maybe I looked young to him or whatever.. but that is just not how you do business nor the impression to give to any walk-in guests. I am very disappointed. I guess I’ll just take my money elsewhere. Oh and couldn’t even say “hi nor have a good day when I walked in and left”
