He replaced my item with a new one and the new one works super well. I purchased two Dell Precision M6700 laptop motherboards for the purpose of repairing some laptops. First, it was really cool to receive a little thank you note with the tech support number in the box with the motherboard.
My motherboard ships with a little metal bracket that covers the LVDS (video) port on the board by default. On one of the motherboards, the metal bracket was screwed on so tight that I couldn't remove it by hand.
I called the support number and received excellent customer support. They sent me a return box, and I was able to exchange my motherboard for a new motherboard at no expense.
My experience with this company is 5 stars, and one of the best experiences I've had with computer parts.

I saved 95% on an Adaptec RAID card ($800 card for $40) and waited to find what the catch was. There wasn't one.

The card was indistinguishable from new. It arrived as fast as Amazon. There was a shipping snag and customer service was all over it. It arrived packaged well and they even include a thank you card with a direct number in case you have any problems.

This is a really great business. I can't believe how much money I've wasted over the years!

CONCIOUS MEDIA STUDIOS

Love this company already and I have only just met them on eBay! They are absolutely legitimate! However, being in Canada, I have experienced problems with my delivery 2 times. The first order was a core i3 All in one Mac Computer *Apple iMac A1311 21.5" i3 3.1GHZ 4GB RAM 250GB HDD Late 2011 Radeon 6750M EDU OS*. It arrived broken, but it was not the fault of Central_Valley_Computer_Parts. The second order I placed with them was *300 Watt Seasonic SS-300TFX Micro ATX TFX12V 80+ BRONZE Computer Power Supply*

They resolved this issue immediately with no hassles at all. Thank you so much Shawn for your excellent customer support help! Generally, a great Company but you MUST! keep your eyes on the couriers and don't be lazy on the tracking! It is more about the shippers for mistakes rather than Central_Valley_Computer_Parts!

Company is amazing I ordered a pair of wireless earbuds that had a manufacturer's defect and they sent out a brand new pair no questions asked. I worked with a guy named shawn and he was super cool even asked my permission to test the new set and make sure there were no issues with them. Only took a couple days to receive sent usps priority.

As someone who is not very tech-savy and overwhelmed by the thought of having to go out and look for a new hard drive for my computer, I found Central Valley Computer Parts a great help in finding just what I need and with great customer service. I explained to the customer service rep that my computer has been acting really slow lately and a techy friend of mine said that I should get a new hard drive. The guy who helped me was fantastic and helped me find a great new hard drive and at a great price in no time at all. The only complaint I have with my experience is that I was on hold for almost 5 minutes before someone was able to assist me and for that I have to knock off one star. Other than that my experience was great and I would recommend this place to anyone in need of computer parts at an affordable price.
