I went there for getting my kids break fixed and get general assembly done again including stand for the bike as Walmart assembly was not very good and I did not feel safe. I left the bike and got the message within 2 days for a pick up, completely streamlined process. I am very happy and satisfied witht rh work done. A great place I feel for small bike fix or big fix or buying fully assembled bike..owner and employees are genuine and take care of the customers with full honesty. They also gave me 60 day labor and assembly guarantee. Recommend without any reservations.

Being new to Fremont I went to Centripetal knowing nothing about them other than they were close to my home.
I have brought two bikes to them, both with very different issues, and could not recommend Centripetal more! They have worked on both my mountain bike and road/commuter bike and I could not be more impressed with the quality of the work and the price.
My mountain bike needed some cleaning up and preventative maintenance and my road/commuter bike needed a complete overhaul and brake system, and both were done separately within an excellent turnaround and price range.
I also bought a pair cleats and was fitted for pedals which they were happy to install. All of this was done within (and under!) a tight budget with service that was second to none ever in my experience!
Although I have primarily dealt with James, at one point or another in my few trips in I have dealt with everyone in the store and each experience was more pleasant and laid back than the next.

James, Alex and company are honest, experiened and do a great job on repairs. Although I usually do my own repairs, they are quick to bail me out if something goes wrong, especially on the all the new stuff that is much harder to work on like e-shifting, hydraulic brakes, etc.

Highly recommend the bike shop. Bought the Giant Propel in 2015 brand new. After 5 years, realized that the bike haven't been serviced except chain cleaning. And today Alex took the bike and did the tune up for free because the bike is free for lifetime tune. So highly recommend buying bike from the shop and great service from the staff.

James is the reason i keep coming back here. He has so much knowledge and genuinely cares that you get back on the road safely. He is patient and took care of my dad when he needed a custom spoke for a 1974 Schwinn. Having worked at a shop before, it’s not easy to find guys like him.

There was one mechanic in the back that after disagreeing with his recommendation to install a bigger rotor, quickly lost his temper and told me not to do his job. Avoid him and ask for James. Still better service than TBG.

Owner said the shimano repair will have 90 days store warranty.
What happens is, The repair failed in about 30 days and they never answered.
