We had such an amazing experience with Charlotte for our son’s first birthday party! Working with Char for my daughter’s baby shower “Grab and Go”was an incredibly smooth experience. From our initial discussion about size and colors to the seamless payment process and helpful reminder texts and emails with pickup details, everything was handled perfectly. As this was my first time with this type of balloon pickup, I was a bit nervous, but Char’s expertise put me at ease. She provided clear guidance on the vehicle size needed to accommodate the balloon arrangement. The balloon garland and stand were a total hit, and my daughter couldn’t have been happier!

Charlotte is amazing!!! I have never hired a balloon or backdrop designer so I wasn't sure what I was needing to ask for/what the process would be like, but from the start she was so helpful and her communication was amazing. She was so clear on her design ideas, pricing, process for booking, and schedule on the day of, and made me feel very confident in her. I planned my son's first birthday on my own but she is truly the one who made my vision come to life- actually she went above and beyond my vision. All of our guests were raving about her designs and even the venue employees took photos when the event was over. On the day of I was shocked at how organized she was and how quickly she made the space come alive. She is also soooo kind and sweet which I believe makes a vendor 1000% even better. Thank you so much, Charlotte!!! I highly highly recommend her and can't wait to have another event someday so that I can work with her again!

Charlotte is amazing we’ve had the pleasure of having her design both my boys parties. She exceeds all expectations, her mock ups are SPOT on to the actual design she will assemble even better! I was in aw and all my guests always ask about her work and just admire the backdrops. We did Jurassic Park for my sons 4th and Spidey and his Amazing Friends for my sons 3rd. 10/10 recommend, also the balloons will last you forever! My kids play with them for weeks after! We also got keepsakes from both backdrops which of course my kids were sooo grateful!

Charlotte was such a joy to work with! Throughout the entire process she thoroughly communicated and answered all of my questions. The design came out exactly like we had hoped and was the perfect addition to decor at our engagement party. Highly recommend!! 🙂
