Today I went to this branch to get Some cash for my upcoming trip on Monday. I got there and cars were wrapped around the building, waiting to be helped. I couldn’t use the ATM because the amount I needed was more than what the ATM could offer. Even though there were cars lined up, the teller was happily chatting away with the customer in front of me and working at the pace of a snail. I got up to the window and they were pretending that there was no line and acting like nothing was wrong. I gave her all my information and yet she could not give me the cash and told me to go inside. I went inside and there wasn’t even bigger line. Decided to use the ATM inside because there was a higher limit. Got the cash and asked a lady behind the desk who was doing nothing to help me exchange them for newer bills because I would get a better exchange rate at the country I was visiting. She said it would be whatever the ATM gave me and that if I really wanted to exchange it, I would have to wait in line. I asked her if she had seen the line. She started laughing hysterically, Not sure what the joke was. This branch is a joke! If you value your time and want good service, do not visit here!!! 0 stars

I feel like the staff is always kind to me and helpful. But the carpets need to be cleaned in there. It smells like dirty socks. To whom it may concern, please freshen up your branch. It really gets you as soon as you open the door.

I have had nothing but problems with Chase for the past year. I begged my mother to cancel her account before she passed away. Because this place is a joke! I couldn’t even deposit cash into her account. They didn’t care if she was immobile. They wouldn’t help her update her beneficiaries. While her other 4 banks did help her, over the phone or through video call.

I used to have Chase many many years ago. I canceled a long time ago because of their fees.

Well, Chase in the Glendale location helped me close my mother’s account after she passed away. I will rate their location after this because they were very understanding and helpful. That location told me that I will receive a small check that I can cash.
All I had to do was bring my mother’s death certificate. Well, I received a check I came back to Chase in West Jordan and they refused to cash my $19.00 check. I explained the situation, but because I didn’t have an account, they told me to go somewhere else.

Mountain America cashed my check. I DID NOT have an account with them. I provided a death certificate, there was no problem.

Every time I come to this location I’m always met with poor customer service. They can’t even be bothered to smile or say good morning. I’ll be closing my BUSINESS Chase account and moving it to MACU.

Great place to have Birthday Celebrations or just a fun night with the family young or older . Even as a Grandma I like to have fun too. And being able to jump around with my grandchildren or my children keeps you young

The guy forgot my card when giving back to me at the drive-through and I got a call two minutes later so I drove back and instead of apologizing or anything they just said I forgot my card and took him 10 minutes just to give it back to me

If I could do a zero I would. Several issues back to back where I just no longer can do business here. When any issue or concerns are voiced your pushed off to several different people. This was not just a one time thing. Several times over the year. The manager then will give you a number to call as apposed to solving any concerns you may have. You then spend 2 days on the phone to get anything resolved.

Every person gives me a different answer so does the customer care that they ask you to call.. They create a problem of distrust which shows up in how they handle things over and over again. I need to trust my financial group. I can no longer trust this branch. Constant difference answers that just cause more confusion and frustration

I have had several issues with card issues, loan info, currency, and just general needs that any bank should be able to give. The bankers are belittling and uncaring. They want you out of the office as soon as possible.

Honestly I have never been treated so poorly from a company that’s a client based organization.

If you need anything more than just a deposit and use of a debit card this is not the branch for you.
