Wow. Where to begin?
First off, they never answer their phones so don't even bother trying to call to talk to anybody.
My wife was in pain and was informed by their "information call center" (that's right not even their office) that they don't know if the office was accepting walk-in patients or not. The operator had no idea.

Drove her painfully to CHC Templeton just to discover a note in their office "no walk-ins"

What?! My wife is in pain and now we have to go to hospital?
I understand twin cities was next block over but damn! I've got a semi emergency here!

CHC , you all need a decent communication system. For the sake of us! Patients! In YOUR care!

My advice, stay far away from CHC, until they can get the business together
