VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. I visited this location with my wife to get my daughter's ear pierced. The next day, the diamond fell out and was hurting my daughter. We called and went to the store to resolve the issue, but unfortunately as soon as we walked in, we encountered one of the most rude and unprofessional employees. her name was RIMA but was extremely aggressive, impolite, and even insulted us with very bad words. She claimed she wasn’t responsible for changing the earring or even fixing it, and her behavior was completely unacceptable and shameful. She used bad language in front of my 6-year-old daughter, which was shocking and very upsetting. I am appalled by the treatment we received. I strongly advise against purchasing from this store as the product quality is poor, and the customer service is appalling. I feel terrible for my daughter, who had to witness such inappropriate behavior. This is not how customers should be treated, especially in front of children. I do not understand how the owner hire such a person. is this because the lack of labor in the market to hire anyone from any where with any background? zero courtesy and professional manner, very embarrassing for such a store in civilized OC, this is not just a normal issue, this must be addressed by the management and the head office BUT if this store really has a manager!!!! I personally would not want such a person to work for my business, so people can write such a review.

I had a terrible experience at the Rancho Santa Margarita location with an employee named Rima. She was unhelpful, dismissive, and unwilling to listen to my concerns. Instead of offering assistance, she was rude and even started arguing with me in front of another customer.

The lack of professionalism and respect was shocking. I cannot recommend this place to anyone, as it seems there’s no commitment to providing good customer service or resolving issues effectively. Very disappointing!

Amani did an amazing job with my spider-bite cartilage piercing (2 piercings at the top of ear) this evening for my birthday. She made the process easy and relatively fast. Would definitely recommend her or would go back if I decide I want more. They have only been open for 2 months at the Rancho Santa Margarita location and I enjoyed the calmness of this store compared to the Irvine spectrum.

This is a beautiful new store. Nice and convenient to have a Clair’s in Rancho Santa Margarita. I’m sure it will do well in this location next to target and bath & body works.
If you know the shopping center then you know the parking is easy and it’s very walkable from many nearby neighborhoods

The workers there did not want to do their job. I placed an online order and when I got there they claimed they did not have 2 of my items in stock...even though the online order said it was in stock, they also gave me damaged products.
