Honest and helpful. Went to inquire about having a ring resized and he advised to wait until summer and put a little plastic sizing device on gratis. I will be returning for any jewelry needs

I was the only one in the store, so I felt like I would at least get the appraisal that I was looking for however, the gentleman was very short with me as if he was trying to rush me away he said he knew nothing about the ring that I found in the river. I asked him to look at the inscription. It was on the inside, and he did not. He just basically told me that there’s other appraisers around that would be able to help me very rude, horrible service I don’t recommend.
