I met Clay at Madras dragstrip, and he is just a really good guy. Very sincere. I'm sure he doesn't remember me, as it was some years ago, but he was racing his VERY fast truck, and I stopped by his pit to investigate this impossibly fast truck, and I noticed a rough deposit on his rear fenders. I jokingly referred to it as vortex generators, and he very kindly explained to me that it was his friend's ashes, one on one fender and one on the other, whom had lost their respective battles with cancer, so he brought them racing with him. I left humbled and in tears...
