I am a big fan of this brand and usually have a great experience at their NYC stores. This was my first and likely last visit to this specific location. I was in there looking for an outfit for at least 20 minutes (including fitting room time) and not a single instance did any of the 5-6 employees ask if I needed help. The 2 that did look for a size for me only did so because I went up to them and asked for help. For such a high end brand, I really expected more..especially on a Monday morning when they weren’t that busy. I was going to buy a matching set from the new collection but was so put off by the cashiers attitude and lack of bother in helping, that I ultimately cancelled the transaction and walked away because I’d rather buy it online then give that location the sale.

They never honor the email coupons. They Always come up with ridiculous excuses to not accept them. Just went in today with a coupon that was Valid for 30% sweaters and first she said it was for women only which turned out to be wrong then she said it is for sale items only which turned out to be wrong as well. Then in the end she said she “doesn’t understand the wording” of the coupon….. which is as sent from their company.

A star is not even worth giving this location. I used to love coming in there while this tall curly haired Egyptian girl and Gloria were very sweet and helpful. I went back in there to shop for a summer dress and was not approached what so ever. I was speaking to a woman and she referred me the fitting room but was rushing me while I was shopping for a summer dress. She was rude to her own employees and stating that they need to get in their zones while I was checking out. I asked a sales person who was the woman and apparently she was the STORE MANAGER!! I decided to just walk away and reminded myself that I will never walk into club short hills ever again. This is a luxury mall and all of the customers should be rushed neither should I have to witness a store manager talking down to her staff. Very rude and I hope corporate sees these reviews to revise what type of managers they hire.

Buyer beware. Tried to return a jacket to the store that was purchased online just within the 30 day period and was told that I could not because the return department would likely not accept it because they would receive it after the 30 day period. Needless to say, I was turned away. I called the customer service line and they apologized and said that is NOT Club Monaco policy and they should have accepted it in-store. The customer service rep also informed me that they have received similar complaints from customers that shopped at this particular store. You have been warned my fellow shoppers!

The customer service at this location it is always the worst. I really like club Monaco clothes but the staff here always put me in a horrible mood with their attitude, rude service, and constant bad mouthing of other customers. They always seem like they are on the verge to fight and never helpful.i always have to brace myself before entering this store haha!
I will make sure to go to a different location :).

SHOCKED how rude this staff is. There was one woman especially who was so dismissive and just plain rude…it was like they didn’t want anyone there. Awful. Someone needs to visit this store/make staffing changes asap.
