Very unpleasant experience when I went back to get my back embossed. They didn’t have the bag I wanted and they shipped it to my house “2 day shipping” but it took a week. Once I went to get it monogram the guy automatically said they couldn’t do it because they were short staffed and just dismissed us away. When we asked when would be a good time he said Monday or Tuesday and we asked how long it takes he said 10 minutes. We said we could wait until someone became available and with in 2 minutes someone was. They took literally 5 minutes for the whole process. As that is happening there was 2 people on the floor doing nothing! The guy was so rude!! He was short with long hair and glasses.
I’m glad we stayed because the tag turned out cute, not thanks to the rude guy.

I had an amazing experience shopping at this Coach store. My husband was getting me a purse as Anniversary gift and we came on a holiday, we were greeted and helped by the amazing Gloria. She did a fantastic job assisting us and answering all our questions. We were the first customers at the store and she attended to us immediately. She was a doll. The store was organized and clean and bougie. Love Coach ❤️

Poor customer service. Not satisfied with product.

Purchased a bag a few weeks ago and paid for specialization on my tags and on the bag. I also purchased additional tags to get them embossed for other Coach bags that I have. I was told it would take a few days but less than week. I specifically purchased the bag for a trip and was unable to take the bag on the trip because it tool about 2 weeks for the specialization despite being told it would take a week. When I went to pick up the bag, one of the tags were incorrect. There was no admittance of the mistake and instead they told me that it looked good and I should take it the way it was. After asking for the tag that paid for, I took the bag home and then realized that thr charms put on the bag were incorrect as well. Upon bringing the bag back with the receipt to show what I paid for, the sale representative asked me if I were remembering what I purchased incorrectly. Again the sales associate did not acknowledge the mistake or even seem to be bothered that the mistake was made. I'm never buying from this store again.

Loved my experience visiting Coach Fashion Valley! Mariela kindly put an item on hold for me when I called the store and she also followed up with me on other items they had that I may like, which I really appreciated. I've since contacted her about certain items that she's helped put me on the wait-list/wishlist for. When I went in store to pick up my item, Juan helped me out and gave me a tour of the store. He answered my many questions about types of materials and he also showed me so many different options of wearing certain bags that I didn't think of (he's really sold me on the dinky chain, which I may go back in store to get). He also was so patient with me when I had a hard time deciding which hangtag to purchase and monogram. After monograming, I noticed a white mark on the side and he kindly helped me by cleaning it out in the back. Juan made my visit to the coach store such a fun memory and I can't wait to return soon!!

I am reviewing about my experience today on 3/1/22 around 2:45pm. I agree with the other negative reviews about the customer service here. I walked in and stayed about 10 min browsing through all the purses around the whole store and throughout my time here not a single associate greeted me or asked if I had any questions. I also work in retail and know the importance of at least greeting the customers as they walk in. Hopefully they can work on that because it made me not want to spend my money at this location. Oh well🤷‍♀️

No one answers the phone in this store. They can learn a thing or two about customer service from the other coach outlet stores. They are 100 times better then the Fashion Valley store. This store is giving coach a bad name. Fix this or get better associates.

I went to Coach Retail Store today (9.26.22). I was met with a friendly smile from Miralena (staff) who happily assisted me. She was EXTREMELY HELPFUL, FRIENDLY and PLEASANT! She is an extraordinary staff, and Coach is truly LUCKY to have her as an employee. She is an amazing ASSET to the company. Thank you so very much! You made my day! jd
