I went into this store and walked around.And was planning on purchasing a two hundred dollar purse. However they were so all over me.... Standing four feet behind me. All because I was in my soccer mom clothes. And left my dooney in the car for convenience. Shouldn't judge as I won't be back.

I went to get a wallet for my brother and I opened my purse to get my phone and the cashier lady was walking away and made a comment on her mic saying keep a eye on the back keep looking at me as if I was going to steal the wallet it was only my mom and me no one else in the back. one middle age lady with short hair in the front was staring at me the whole time it was uncomfortable I was there later I spoke with the manager about the situation. I was dressed nicely too I don’t like to pull the race card but this was way too much it’s no way to treat customers especially when they’re giving you a sale.

Workers at this store are rude and disrespectful!!! When I went to pay for the purse I purchased the cashier asked if I was helped. I said no, you have rude workers. She gave me a look and didn’t say a word. I was like exactly my point!!

I love Coach and finally got to buy myself a few things and save huge bucks. 60% plus 20% off and my birthday gift was 10% off . I got these items and will continue to buy from here . Staff are great and helpful . Plus knowledgeable on all the items they carry at the store .

Wonderful sales associates! All of their items are beautifully displayed. Their prices are not only fabulous far more down to earth than normal retail, but clearly posted by each item. There is very little confusion about how much each item cost. This is the store that allows you to browse and the indecisive LOL
But honestly if you're going to splurge or get something nice for a friend , this is the place to do it.
From the security at the front door to the individual swiping your card at checkout.. every single person in there is definitely kind, patient and down to earth.
