I've been coming to this place for over 15 years because they've always answer the phone and have given great prices over the phone when you speak with an actual person at this location not some random guy somewhere else thousands of miles away that doesn't know the prices but gives you an extremely five times higher than what the actual store sells it for. pisses me off when I have to change stores now.

Contacted their call center from Glendale Calif first thing this morning. Could not find part locally and no time to do the online deal. Was on hold a short time to check inventory, told me they had it in stock and the Van Nuys store was the closet. 15 - 20 minute drive later walked in was greeted promptly friendly and courteously. Part was entered and ready as promised. Great group of employees and customer service as it should be.

Could do with a back entrance where the majority of parking is available, but not a hassle to walk around the building. 🔧👍😎
