First time in and the security guard was so welcoming, informative and upbeat!! The store it's self is so clean and organized!! Nice bright lights and nice and cool on a hot day! The selection is awesome! I told Eric what I needed and how much I had to spend and he made it happen!! Eric was informative and friendly! I will definitely go back with more money because there are so many things I'd like to try!! Thank you Eric, Coastal and the 2 guards on duty for making my experience a safe and memorable one!! I definitely be back!!

First time at Coastal and my experience with Eric and other two employees (security woman and front desk person) was amazing. Eric was very pleasant, helpful, and informative. We chatted a little bit and I left happy with some great product and a punch card I’ll definitely be using. I’ll be back for sure. Thanks!

Staff are always friendly and helpful and the Sunday deal on Cruisers cartridges (but 2, get one for $1) is the best around, IMO. Get the live resin ones if you are picky/ a canniseur, the distillate ones are also mostly good and save you a little bread. They have free handbills for Dead Set On The Bay: The Grateful Dead Concert Cruise Experience by Mr. Hat Presents, I noticed.

This is one of the sketchiest dispensaries I’ve been to in Vallejo. Their product sits out to get stale, not be properly rotated in and out, and everyone is able to touch it and crush buds. There’s an employee there who’s incredibly rude and disrespectful. She doesn’t seem knowledgeable about the products or the company policy to sell them. She overcharged us the first time and we decided to give the store a second try, but it was just as bad the second time with the same girl! My experience with her was so bad that I will not be going back.

This company is a joke. I’m reading the other reviews and their experiences sounds very similar to mine. And when I read the company response they say: “I didn’t know” (what/how that happened) and “we got the number wrong to call you back” while a pile of crap. Quit trying to “put things on sale” and hide behind taxes. Your company does not accurately display or charge your customers for the product that you offer. That reminds me that on my second trip to the store supposedly the credit card system was down, and the girl insisted that I use the ATM in the back instead of getting cash back at Safeway… I stopped to mention that because this store feels like a cash grab/money laundering/scam when you are inside. They overcharge people and don’t actually give people the benefits they “advertise” for first time shoppers.

Arlene, is the best Budtender! Great recommendations on my first time visit and purchase. Anna, with 2 "N's" is Awesome upon arrival inside the building. This place is clean, spacious, and items very well advertised. I will be returning and will recommend to others to visit.

Actually deserves 0 stars. I came in and bought a STIZZY 1 gram cartridge. At 3 days, it was completely clogged. I was told that there was nothing that could be done because you only have 3 days to return an item. I will never shop here again. The actual STIZZY store gives you a week to return an item! Overpriced for what it is. Never again!
