One of my favorite day hikes. Spring is coming flowers will be blooming and this place will be spectacular. Good place for family photos, family hikes, mountain bike riding and some river fun.

Was a rough area covered in this stuff. Water was super dirty. Idk what is going on but a lot of the recreational areas by here were like this.

Please pack your trash out. This is a beautiful spot but it’s getting ruined. I picked up as much of this trash as I could and I’ll be back for more. Please help me out, let’s clean up this place.

Brought our toddlers here to play around in the sand and water, it was not what we were hoping for. The sand was really rough and wasn’t pleasant to walk in. It changed straight from sand to big rocks so that there was nowhere to sit and relax.
