appointment was 5 AM. I show up here 5:45 AM. Got dock right away. Nice people.start unloading right way. clean restroom. and they have small restaurant inside you can make coffee in there. Thank you so much for the service.

Getting Door in 60 sec. Unloading and Loading took them no more 30 min. Very friendly people working here. RECOMMENDED!!!! Easy to park Semi Truck. Food Truck comes everyday at 8.45am Good Price and Good Food, accepting cash and credit card. Food Truck parked next to Cogent warehouse office door👍

This is the worst company to deliver, had a 10am appointment I checked in at 9am for 5 pallets only, receiving manager was in bad mood, he refused my load and rescheduled it for the next morning at 4 am, came back, checked in at 4 I waited 45 min for a door and another 1 hour 30 mins just for them to sign my paper. Will never come back here, really bad service 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

My company needed compostable cups for a special event and Oakland Packaging & Supply showed up as a local distributor for the brand we like. I called them to inquire about sales and pick-up. Michelle helped me place an order for same day pick-up and gave super helpful directions on how to find the warehouse. The warehouse staff was very friendly and they made pick-up really easy. All around A+ experience!

all empty boxes, full of air.. just like everyone there.. co-workers are all friends avoiding any and all hard work creating unnecessary overtime because, why not.. they push the work on to new hires and just watch while they get paid double.. management is blind to it but there not any better losing minimal paperwork on purpose to force people to stay hours over.. maybe not the worst place to make money.. but the most annoying by far Management: we cant leave till we find these two missing items! 3 hours later Management: ou silly me it was under my desk the whole time bye! -Jus Saying

Came here to deliver a load appointment was for 5am got there at 4:45am checked in got a door but they had their own trucks on every dock I had to wait until 6am to back in a door and then another hour and half to for them to start unloading I would never come to this place again.

I've worked with Cogent for years and have always had a good business relationship with them. Whenever I've had a problem, it's been resolved promptly, but it's rare that I have any issue.

Double transferred, to a voicemail. Then was told that all inventory was for existing customers, so they wouldn't be able to provide any products. Where exactly do you think customers come from?
