Had to move again and Rick was awesome!! I appreciate that he went above and beyond for my husband and I. We were running late and he was kind enough to wait for us. That kind of customer service is something you don’t see anymore. It wasn’t easy maneuvering through with a giant uhaul, and Rick came out and helped us again. Great asset to your business. The clearly posted sign stated they were open at 9. I sat there from 9:05 ‐ 9:15, alternately pushing the buzzer to be let in, and calling their clearly posted number. NOBODY answered either one. I left an irate message & left. I get a return phone call at 11:30 (unasked for) to see what I needed. I informed him another business already took great care of me and I wouldn't be needing his facility. At all. Forever.

The grounds are super clean! Unit was clean as well!! Kim was very welcoming and helpful! Prices are way better than other units I checked out!

Rick is amazing. He is honestly a very genuine person who understands situations come across in peoples lives, and will do his best to help you relieve the stress if ur unit is past due. No one likes to pack and store their things away but knowing ur things are actually safe and the person keeping them safe is a complete stranger who obviously knows what it's like to lose valuable things in life. This is by far the best storage facility you can go to because you just don't come across people that care about others they don't even know. If u want security in knowing your things will be looked after then go see Rick. Also always make sure ur address is up to date because some notifications come in the mail. Hope u all get to experience and understand what I mean by he is a very genuine person. ?
