Look, there’s always service interruptions. With any carrier. But the guys at Colfaxnet are absolutely hands down the best at responding to calls to report issues and questions. They’re prompt, friendly, and super thorough in making sure the issue is resolved and that is so hard to find in this day and age. If you want to feel like you’re a valued customer, I highly recommend them.

Service always has hard time with weather or wind. Got told I need to pay them to relocate the satellite after being told by the installer that it was in one of the better locations in the county with “great line of sight” to there tower. High cost for small amount of GB plus they charge you if you go over. So much more but who cares.

Excellent customer service! Never had a problem or question that wasn't fixed or answered in minutes with a quick phone call. In the age of nationwide corporations, it's nice to have local folks from my community stepping up and slaying it! Keep up the good work.

I have had service with them for three years now and am thrilled with the service and price! We cut the Cable chord about two years ago and have not looked back. Colfaxnet provides us quality Internet that supports Netflix, HBO Go, Amazon Prime, as well as the ability to stream Youtube videos. I even use it to watch the Warriors via NBA League Pass. Great support when they set up our system and are very good at getting back to us the two times we had an issue. Both of which were issues not related to their service.

I have family who have used this company for years and have been very happy. Their team is so responsive and helpful. Anytime we have a problem they will come out and help. We needed internet the next day so my cousin could attend school and they were out within hours even though they really didn’t have time for us. They were so kind and nice to us. We highly recommend!

I am pleased. For living in the country, ColfaxNet is relatively reliable and relatively fast, although not too cheap. But that's living in the country. I don't think it gets better than Colfaxnet. And their customer service--in the four or so times I have interacted with them--is solid, reasonable, friendly, and relatively timely. Can't do better.
