We bought a 2024 Honda 1000 Pioneer from CRM, it was a good experience. One thing I can NOT stand about buying something new at a dealership is how long it takes. These folks are no nonsense from beginning to end. No back and forth with numbers, plus everyone seemed to really enjoy working there which says a lot about this business! Definitely will come back again, thank you CRM!

If I could give zero stars I would. Called Jill in sales about a SXS they had for sale. We called twice on the same day and both times she said it was still available. We weren't able to go see it until Thursday (called late Tuesday) so we asked if we could put a deposit on it and she said we didn't need to, she was going to be the only person working Wednesday so she would put a hold sign on it. She said there were a couple of people who were interested but they both fell through. 90 minutes later we get a text from the owner and he said if we want it we have to commit to buy it and pay $1000 deposit or he could offer us a new one for about the same price but not as many options as the one we were looking at and we decided to stick with the used one and told him we would call the next day to pay the deposit. This was after the business had closed for the say. A while later he texted again and said it wasn't for sale anymore. He said 2 other people expressed interest before we did and he needed to get this mess cleaned up. If that was the case why did he tell us we could buy it if we committed to it and gave a deposit. He made up all kinds of excuses and contradict ed himseld in the many texts he sent us over the next 5 hours . He said he didn't know Jill had a deal going but according to Jill it was available. Stay away from this business. There is a lack of communication between them evidently and they are VERY DISHONEST!!

I was trying to buy a motorcycle and I chose to go elsewhere after dealing with the salesperson and owner.
They claim to be honest and care about their customers, but that wasn't my experience.

Intentionally leaving this vague because the owner will likely just argue and blame the customer like the rest of his poor reviews.
I'm not interested in an online argument. Just sharing my experience and how they made me feel.
