My work had shelving installed in a 2021 transit 250 and they did a great job. Took a little long since they are understaffed but Phron (sorry if this is spelled incorrectly) stayed open 20-30 minutes past closing so we could pick the van up and had great customer service. My work just had basic shelving and partition installed but it looks great and will be put to good use!

We received terrible service, They lacked attention to details during the ordering process and the installation process. They also seemed to be under staffed and the staff they did have were not very experienced. When we tried to have our issues resolved they completely ghosted us. Would NOT recommend using this outfitter.

This shop is awesome! I had my new Express Cargo outfitted here with Adrian steel drop down rack and all the interior shelving and partition and everything went flawless. My van was ready ahead of time and the work was done right. I would highly recommend these guys.

To be fair, I have a 2015 Ford Transit (new on the market) and I wanted an aluminum rack and an aluminum partition, which aren't typical installations anyway, so CVI can be forgiven for not getting it right the first time. But the mistakes they made were the kind of mistakes that made me think that it wasn't so much the products they were installing but rather a lack of care and oversight that caused the problems. The aluminum rack was installed five inches off-center, and the partition's sliding door opening was one inch wider at the bottom than it was at the top, which prevented the door from sliding and locking properly. My van should not have been delivered to me in this condition. I hope that CVI now knows how to install these products right the first time on new Transits, having (hopefully) learned from mine. I am completely satisfied with the products themselves, but it took a long time to get there.

Always do a great job and honour their warranty. I had a roof rack installed and tow package a few yrs back, today they modified the tow package for no charge and fixed my door spring. Thanks!.

Either crass or extremely lazy phone service. Won't ship parts. Put in an order months ago and have gotten no word back after months and multiple inquiries. Will not ever do business with them again
