Everyone was very nice! Soquel helped answer all my questions regarding the various peri- menopausal symptoms, what I might expect and what symptoms are normal during this transition. Additionally, she mentioned there are different treatment options to consider if my symptoms become too much. It really helped put my mind at ease.

Worst experience of my life and I should have know since the last time I went to her 3-4 years ago I felt the same didn’t even bother to really go into detail about what I have going on feel even more confused then what I was before! Shame on you guys! Claim they spoke to me about my prognosis. Nope never did left a voicemail to call them back which I did and they were not available. Next day I called and still left me confused! Don’t wish this on no one

Telephonic appt. Staff called ahead of the doctor and checked me in, process was quick and painless. Dr. Goodin was running a little behind but it wasn’t a problem. Went over everything I needed to know and as always was super friendly. It was a quick and painless appointment!

SOQUEL is the Best healthcare provider I have ever had in 61 years. She has been my Primary Physician for 8.5 years and my health has improved significantly. Soquel & her excellent staff are caring, thoughtful listeners who have helped me through many health issues and turbulent times. this was my first time seeing this doctor (dr. thomas) and i was blown away by his professionalism, patience and “bedside manner” overall. he answered all of my questions, never rushing me or leading me to feel stupid or bothersome for wanting to clarify various details (as has unfortunately been the case in many past experiences). he was very knowledgeable and acted with compassion and i’m so glad i found him!

If am putting am 1 star is because of soquel goodin my experience with her has been by the worst! I see good reviews about her now makes me think if she discriminated me. Here’s my experience…. Am currently months pregnant all my pregnancies (3 going into my 4th) all has been high risk even my current one I have premature labors !! I usually start having contractions so early. Last visit I had with her was because I had lower back pain and pain in my pelvic I was crying because the pain was intolerable I even spotting bleeding prior. When Soquel walked into the room she didn’t know my name or my past history and just told me everything I was feeling it was normal that’s her saying that without even checking the baby heart beat or not even doing a urine sample to see if possible of a UTI! (When I did have a uti) I had to be the one explaining to her my past medical experiences when she is suppose to know a patient history before walking into a room or at least there name! I left that day in tears mentally saying to myself “i was never going to return I rather go thru my pregnancy alone than going back”.While walking out Nadia saw me crying and she was very compassionate with me she’s not a MD or doctor but definitely knew more about me than goodin even knew about my last pregnancy how difficult it was for me she made me feel so much better and finally felt like I got heard, Nadia is very professional and cares I can’t thank her enough for being so supportive I wish I could give a 5 star but it would only be because of Nadia as well as medical assistants there nice and always smiling, but unfortunately my experience with goodin was not good. I switch care provider and now I currently have Dr Thomas very different! First visit with him made me feel like he knew me already called me by my name and he already knew my past history, made me feel better by being positive that we are going to try our best to have a full term baby.
