I am so happy I switched over from the big chain pharmacies. The county is under-served and elsewhere the lines are long, mistakes are made and waits to get prescriptions are lengthy. Community Pharmacy just does Pharmacy! They have been responsive and helpful. Only downside, not open on weekends. Great service!

This is the first time I have come to this pharmacy, and I WILL NOT be coming back. I had a very important BP medication that I needed filled. The pharmacy needed to order it, no problem. I call on Monday to inquire if the meds had come in yet, and was treated quite rudely on the phone, as if the individual on the other line was inconvenienced that I even called. After receiving a text a few hours later that my Rx was ready for pickup, I drove the 30 minutes from house to pick up. Upon arriving, I was helped by, I assumed, the same employee who took my phone call that morning, because she was JUST AS RUDE. I don't mind waiting for the pharmacist to return from lunch before I can receive my Rx, but damn lady, do you have to be so rude about it?! Maybe Customer Service isn't where your face should be!
Don't come here, unless you like being treated like a second class citizen.

This place used to care, but not any more. The pharmacist there is by far the WORST WOMAN I have met. Back in January she would not fill my meds because she said i had a maintenance meds that I should be taking. i told her i have not been on those meds in over a year. she be came the rudest witch. she said to me, what you got magic pixie dust and it all went away. I could not believe how rude she is. But matter fact i did lose weight and i was taken off the meds almost two years now. but because she was so hateful and rude and very witchy and would not fill my other meds without filling the maintenance meds. so the doc said that was not right but he gave me a EVERY LOW DOSE until they felt I needed them. after the surgeries i will be having. To me that's none of her business and she not my doctor. that pharmacist is hateful rude and has discriminated me for the last time. IM GOING TO MY LAWYER. AND IF YOU WANT TO GO THERE AND BE BELITTLED GO FOR IT. I will advise you to stay away. SHE CARESLESS ABOUT YOU. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Richard the pharmacist that works here is by far one of the rudest people I have ever came across. I had my service dog with me (which I'm holding) who barked once at noise she heard. He then proceeded to say, "is that a dog in here, you need to take it outside" I replied, "yes it is my service dog" he said it is barking and disturbing other patients, it needs to go outside. NO ONE WAS IN THERE AT THE MOMENT. I have been going to this Pharmacy for over a year now, my service dog is with me everytime. I have never seen this man working in there until today nor have I ever been told to take my service dog outside. The staff is usually amazing there but that rude man who wants to talk down to customers in there needs to find another profession or get an attitude adjustment. I feel bad for the ladies who work with him. Doesn't seem like a happy environment to be in.

This pharmacy wouldn't fill our prescription. Even when I told them it was either fentynal or prescription.
