I absolutely love this store, they have everything Home Depot has sometimes more, but the deal is it's all laid out and I'm more simpler straightforward fashion usually it's a little less sometimes a lot less in terms of price, I just can't say enough good things about this store. if you need help the store manager Neil is an amazing Insight with great resources and tips and understands all the products in a store as staff go to Great Lengths to ensure customer satisfaction, I will definitely shop here and would strongly suggest you do as well

The rental person is never happy. She made me wait for half hour to acknowledge me and accept my rental return. I was the only one there. She then made me wait for another half hour for the receipt which never happened. My frustration grew so I just told her to email the receipt. Worse experience ever.

Horrendous non existent customer service. It took close to 8 weeks to get an order delivered and corrected.

1)Initial order was received damage in their warehouse and staff did not communicate the problem or reorder the replacement.

2) First delivery of items was incomplete when all of the items were in their warehouse. I was informed we will deliver the remaining items at no additional cost. Why should I be charged for their incompetence?

3)Damaged item that was reordered and delivered was the wrong item. Again I was informed the delivery will be at no cost and will not be charged for their incompetence.

4) Sales Manager repeatedly stated he would be on top of the order and call with updates, no return call was ever received. Sales Manager stated that we were provided the item at their cost and refunded. When I responded no refunded was made he stated you need to come in to get the refund credit.

5)Corporate office was contacted to discuss customer experience. No return call.

If you order in contractors warehouse make sure you have to wait long time in from to pick up your order.even there are more services people than clients😔

This company has no website to check pricing or availability of products in stock, so you must drive all the way there to find out pricing is now the same as Lowes or Home Depot, and many times have been out of stock of items that i needed, mainly doors. I have seen several times that doors are damaged on the shelf already, so you must really inspect their products before you buy them. Home Depot now owns them, so pricing is basically the same, not worth the time or money to deal with all the issues they have.

Aside from the great prices, Contractors' Warehouse have the friendliest associates. DEJHUNAE from Store 6133-724 deserves all the recognition for her dedication and her sincerity.

1) Prices: My boyfriend and I compared across all of the retailers for cheap pavers prices and by far, nothing beats Contractors' Warehouse. We ended up getting 6x9 venetian pavers for only 0.99/piece. That's a huge steal comparing to Home Depot selling them for 3.28/piece. They also offers shipping for only $200. We're about to get Over 1,000 pieces delivered. I'm not sure how their delivery services will be so we'll wait for a separate review on that.
2) Customer service: Dejhunae is attentive and caring. She called not one, but 4 other branches all around California to help us get the amount we needed for our project. She checked in with the vendors to ordered extra because the venetian pavers are discontinued. She makes the entire ordering process easy despite the low inventory. Please give her a raise. I never seen an employee more dedicated to an order and customer than her. She is just the sweetest!

I'll be ordering more items from Contractors' Warehouse for other projects.

Large selection of products. Impressive inventory. First time customers will be somewhat lost as the store isn't well laid out. One side is a drive through lumber yard and the other has supporting products like doors, plumbing supplies, tools etc. The check out process is a bit convoluted. The store is worth checking out if you're in need of home improvement supplies.

When I first discovered this store I was recommending it to friends as it seemed like a good alternative to the traditional chains. Associates were friendly and helpful. All that changed the minute I tried renting some tools there. The process was painfully clunky and slow with the guys needing two computers, a printer and a bunch of paperwork to rent out one tool.

What's worse is of the two tools they rented, one gave out as soon as I brought it home. When I brought it back, the tech agreed that it was not working and issued a refund. A few days later, I got a call from Mario, the "manager" who immediately accused me of having broken the tool and having used it so extensively I clogged it up or used up the oil . When I pointed out that the battery was still completely full, that seemed to be lost on him. When I told him they had already looked at it when I brought it back, he said he was the only one in the store qualified to inspect it. The whole process was extremely amateurish, which I thought was slightly annoying. But Mario's total lack of professionalism and rudeness was shocking. At one point, he tried to bully me by saying that he was now going to issue me a bill for the repairs. I pointed out that in any case, I had paid for a damage waiver. He didn't know what that even was. Just the worst broish attitude and zero customer service. If they can employ a guy like that as a manager, my initial take on this place was very mistaken. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.
