Amazing service, Justin fixed my phone at a great price and when it became apparent that the screen replacement was a defective 3rd party screen, they fixed it again for free. These guys rock! I strongly recommend.

While on vacation in Truckee, my iPhone developed a large crack across the screen. Although I contemplated waiting until after vacation to get the screen fixed, the crack continued to expand and worsen. A quick Google search revealed Copy Center in Truckee. I called and was relieved to know they could fix my phone efficiently and effectively. Right from the beginning, there was a no-nonsense approach and a level of expertise beyond my best hopes! Not only did they replace the screen but they fixed missing hardware from the last time my screen was replaced by one of the largest names in iPhone repair. Additionally, all smudges on the screen as a result of the crack, were eliminated at no extra charge. I am so impressed with the staff and the quality work done at Copy Center that I wish I lived closer. They would always be my go to store! Had an iphone SE screen cracked. Dude told me I had to replace the whole display. He told me over the phone they only do third party display replacements but assured me they were good quality. I said ok! I’ve had good experiences with 3rd party components in the past, so fine. I get the phone back and the screen LOOKs fine on first inspection but it’s much laggier and less touch accurate than the original OEM part. How do I know? My roommate has an identical iphone SE WITH the OEM screen and I compared them side by side. It really is clear as day that the display they put on is inferior. They used low quality parts and the result is also low quality. It’s almost not usable, and now Apple will not even touch the device because it’s been worked on by a third party. So they basically took a working device and turned it into a pretty brick. Honestly Ishould have just gone to reno and gotten the real OEM repair for $17 more ($130 at Apple store, $113 at this place). It was quick, and (slightly) cheaper, so I’ll give them that. But besides that I certainly won’t be returning for Apple product repairs.

Kevin and Copy Center is awesome! Helped us out for my mom’s memorial. It was short notice but they had everything on hand to print our programs. He’s kind and personable, very professional. Thanks so much you guys, appreciate all you did for us!!

Spilled coffee on my computer. Trashed it. $300 minimum for a repair in the Bay Area at a computer store. Copy Center did it for $70 and fast! Every experience I've had with them has been terrific. So glad they are here in Truckee.

Always a positive experience at the Copy Center in Truckee. Family owned and operated, these locals help you get your business completed as quickly and as professionally as possible... This visit my computer charger had failed and they were able to provide me with a backup at a fair price and without a drive to Reno or having to wait for shipping! Lucky to have this business in town!

Don't believe the bad reviews. Kevin has helped me twice now with my Dell Laptop. Most recently I took my Dell in because the WIFI driver disappeared. He spent some time on it and downloaded USB Wifi for me so I still have internet access. Unfortunate that Dell is having these newer issues, but he saved me from having to go and buy a new laptop because the warranty is expired. He also downloaded free virus software for me and told me to call Norton and get my money back because it wasn't working. Thanks Kevin! Highly recommend.
