We Love Costco, I come to this location about once a week. It's clean, has a water bottle refill station, and indoor food court. I am always surprised at how entitled some members are. Today, a woman was appalled that she would have to "wait in line for just a drink" ?... ironic to me b/c I'm super pregnant and I was in line with my almost 2 year old trying to teach her how to wait her turn and the concept of a "line" ? goodness bless those who work in customer service

Costco is a have to go place, not a must go place. They have a few things worth while not found in other places. One of the things I don't like is the policing they do. Now you have to scan your membership card to get in. Dumb! You have to be s member to buy something. Why checking in by scanning.

Speaking of scanning, when will COSTCO catch up with Sam's and create an app to scan and pay for your stuff?

My health has been a challenge. Both workers and general public have been so kind. It's hard to ask for help. Even harder accepting it. Learning there is alot of good people. Always knew this. Finding a whole new appreciation for simple acts of kindness. Ty

The caliber of employee has significantly diminished, and with it, the customer service level. A smug food employee, Francisco refused to apologize for the extended wait for the food I'd already paid for. I used the machine to order the items, as we were readying to leave. I wasn't the last food order but I was the last person waiting for 2 hotdogs! I waited 11 minutes, and got my $$ back from another employee and STILL NO HOTDOGS!! I remarked the wasted time and the fact he'd offered no apology. He said he disagreed that I was owed any apology. And he looked right at me to say so. This Francisco, should be an elf on a shelf!

Costco,Great place for deals . Always well stocked and friendly service. The bakery was closed, but Jason one of the managers walked all the way back into bakery n provided with icing to write Happy Birthday on cake. He even asked what color I wanted and gave me tips on how to do a good job on writing.

This Costco in Fresno, CA was very busy the day before Thanksgiving. But there was plenty of personnel to keep the checkout lines moving efficiently. Parking was normal. I had no trouble finding a place to park. However the access to city streets is always a problem at this Costco. Whoever designed this Costco did not consider the traffic problems it would create. Getting in and out of the parking lot is a nightmare. So be patient and kind as you maneuver in and out of the area.

One thing that is upsetting is the Way they have their displays set-up with Misleading prices Marked. There's a Nautical jacket with a sign above the for $19.99, which is a steal. However, at the bottom of the rack, there's 32* degree jackets, paper thin, which are the ones on sale. When checking out, I mentioned the prices listed, one if the baggers, jumped into mine and the checkers conversation...stating, the price for the Nautical was around the other side. That is my responsibility to look. I ensure her, that their display is Misleading and its the Stores responsibility to mark things correctly. Bait and trap...just like some of your local grocery stores.
