Dropped my phone off on 3/5/24 to have the battery replaced and the guy did an amazing job! He said that my phone frame was broke and when he would go put the screen back on it could crack! But he did very well with it and it didn’t crack!! Also he’s very reasonable!! I highly recommend him!!

On point customer service…I’ve had 15 phones , iPads and computers fixed with these guys. They’ve always done an amazing job. I’ve used them since they were in their old location in loganville. I mostly appreciate how prompt they are on getting my things fixed and going above and beyond. This kind of customer service I thought was a thing of the past. GREAT JOB GUYS 👏👏👏 keep up the good work because I’ll still be jacking up my phones in some new way it seems!🤣

Highly recommend these guys! They are honest and very trust worthy. Was told by the repair shop down the street that I needed a new charging port and it would take a week to repair but came yo these guys to find out the port just had lint in it and they didn’t even charge me. So glad I came here. The place down the street almost ripped me off

I had an urgent situation with my smartphone in that the screen had failed. I will say I was "concerned" with the "Drive Through Only" status, but the associate (Chris) was very responsive and diagnosed the issue within 4--5 minutes, advised that the replacement screen would have to be ordered, but that my phone should be ready by 2 pm (it was 1030 am) . I received communication at 145 that phone was ready, and repair was slightly less than the quote.

I was in a bind as my iPad screen had been shattered and I needed it repaired quickly. When I arrived at this place I was kind of turned off by the “drive thru only” setting. But, I went for it and wasn’t disappointed. They fixed my screen within 24 hours and the price was reasonable. I certainly recommend.

Your response is nothing but a cover up to hide the fact you broke the phone. Why don't you be a man and say you broke the phone! You said you didn't touch the screen I got the phone fixed less than a mile down the street from you. He said we were not the first phone you f'ed up! A real man allows people in his shop and doesn't hide behind a 1970's mirrored tinted drive thru window. Probably operates this way because of his total lack of social skills and 3rd grade education.

Complete SCAM. Dropped my phone off for a charging issue, after a $159 payment my phone charges but the screen is damaged due to negligence while repairing the charge port. They are not honest Business people!

And IF there was any liquid in the phone it probably came for the dip you had in your mouth while you were fixing the charging port without touching the screen. You are a true magician!!

Question, Why would I allow you to touch my son's phone again to take your port out when the first time I trusted you you broke it?

Anyone reading this should also read the other reviews. If you do, you will easily come to the conclusion that the "place down the street (I fix broken screens) is far superior than this place.

Probably the only place I have ever been that won’t rip you off! They are honest and fast, and their pricing is amazing. When I found out they moved locations I tried to find another place in loganville, that place misdiagnosed me and overcharged me, I called CPR immediately! They told me the problem, and ordered the part for me, I don’t pay until it’s fixed and they are holding it until I can get to it, These people are genuinely awesome, honest, great people! Just wish they were closer now but it’s worth the drive!
