Spoke with the representative yesterday. Told me I have 11:00 appointment. Get there. Manager tells me had other people that came in earlier so you have to wait longer. I don't understand why you have an appointment. If they're just going to tell you that they can't see you at that time, I would never recommend this place, especially the manager

Getting the claim officially approved was a hassle. I was fixing my son’s phone on my account so different phone numbers. Initially my claim was denied due to no coverage but we had Assurant coverage the entire time he’s had the iphone 15 pro. When the claim was finally approved, the repair process was quick and easy. The tech replaced the screen in about 30-40 minutes while I walked around the mall. Did a great job. However, due to the claim process and price of monthly assurant, I’m going to get the AppleCare coverage on the new phones. Pay it once for two years and not pay $14/month for the runaround.

Tried my luck with this place based on Google Reviews and I am so happy I did! The screen on my 21ultra shattered and I was told the phone was done and I wouldn't be able to get my info off it by a Tmobile employee. My heart was broken as I have voice recordings of my mom who passed on there. But David at CPR saved the day!
