Heidi & Tom are 2 of the best people around. They are both so kind, helpful & patient. Every time I have come in the pawn shop they greet me with big smiles & that alone makes me want to come in more often 😉 Also not to mention their affordable prices!!!

Craftsman's is the best shop in town. Heidi and her father have excellent customer service and they treat their customers with care and compassion. They always try to work with their customers and have given me wonderful deals by working on compromising and finding the best deal for my budget. I appreciate how much Heidi cares about the people she serves. She has a wonderful eye and charm to the shop.
