Horrible experience for a letterman jacket that costs over $600 and took over 3 months to receive with no communication. I talked to 3 different young ladies that were all rude, unprofessional, and not knowledgeable of the products being sold in their work place. They said it would be ready in 6-8 weeks, I called for an update after 9 weeks they stated that they were only pending two # patches. I then called back after the 13th week and they said they would have to speak to a “manager” in which they returned my call after speaking to a “manager” and the jacket was magically ready for pick up the following day. I went for pick up, asked to speak with a manager in which they responded “there are no managers”🤔 also pushed for an extra charge to be added to my invoice which should have been compted due the the length of time it took to receive the jacket. I would not suggest this place to anyone else. The quality of the jacket feels and looks like felt from a hobby store, also shedding like felt (see pic). Jacket had black stuff on it (see pic). Overall experience was a big 0, unfortunately it only allows me to give a 1.

After having huge issues with the previous company we'd ordered company shirts from, I ordered them from Crivelli's. I emailed Greg a copy of our logo and the shirts we wanted. They were done in a few days and they're perfect! Thanks to the whole crew at Crivelli's, you guys are great!

I have had nothing but great experiences with Crivelli's, I've purchased a couple of custom options and each time have had a quick turn-around time. The products are good quality and afforable. I've also purchased in-store ready to purchase items, they are creative and local school oriented which is nice to see. I would reccomend Crivelli's to any one for any custom shirt need!
