It is so unusual for me to be impressed with service and craftsmanship these days, that I must comment. 10 out of 10. I don't know what else to say. I dropped off a bag full of watches that needed repair, a laundry list of everything I wanted and it all got DONE RIGHT. Everything. Scott is the watch whisperer. I will never go anywhere else and am very pleased to have this shop available to me.

Seiko Coutura Perpetual Solar watch battery died after 12 years of life. I was informed of unique characteristics of this watch by the jeweler and I am glad I left it in their hands to bring this watch back to life. I received the watch back 3 days later as promised and they had replaced worn pins in the bracelet, repaired the battery, replaced the gasket and even set the time and date which is not an easy task with this watch. Price was as promised and when I received the watch back it appeared to cleaned and in like new condition. I am thoroughly satisfied and elated to have this watch back in my collection and working perfect. I was also given instructions on how to extend the life of the battery. I would recommend this jeweler to anyone looking for great service at a fair price. Thank you for the excellent job.

Took my grandfathers watch in to get the band length adjusted. I had left the watch at another shop in SC for months waiting on a crystal repair due to scratches. the guy in the store buffed it out in 30s! I couldn’t believe it. Nice guy with a cool store and reasonable prices.

If you like or collect Casio watches, this is a must see. Also, a large selection of watch bands, metal, Speidel, NATO straps, leather , etc. Always friendly service. We always have our watch batteries changed at CSS.

I went in for a repair to a seiko watch bracelet. I tried adjusting the links myself without knowing that the pins are spring-loaded. The pin launched out and is somewhere in my living room.
I was greeted by Jenny, who was smiling, friendly, and genuinely wanted to help. She took my watch in the back for 5 minutes and had fixed everything as good as new. It required a smaller than usual pin, and luckily, she had one on hand. We talked G-Shocks and watch bands for a few minutes, and she is very knowledgeable. When I asked what I owed her, she said that there was no charge for the repair, but if I could afford it to please make a donation to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. What a wonderful experience I had this morning at this little mom and pop watch shop in SLC. I highly recommend going in!!

*****ALWAYS GO TO CSS!!!!!!*****Always great service and expert support. I took a watch to another local watch place when CSS was closed on Monday. Mistake! Not only did they foul up the batteries, they broke the watch and wouldn’t own up to it. CSS fortunately fixed it and I will NEVER go elsewhere, much less that other place!

Stopped by on my lunch break and he was able to change my battery on my Movado watch very quickly. Was back to work with time to spare. Fast friendly service. Came back and had them change out a broken glass on my seiko and they did a great job
