Nick and Scott are both great and I had positive experiences with them both when I was anxious about my PC problems or with installation. They answered all of my questions and helped me fix my computer relatively fast without any hassles. If it’s not too complicated that isn’t too time consuming, they might even not charge you depending on what it is, which I think is very reasonable. Easy location to get to also inside a small plaza. I will keep coming back for the great customer service, thank you.

My MacBook was making a tabbing noise when i opened it. My internet search showed that it could be a serious problem with my hard drive. I took it to Custom Computers. Mary, an employee there ran her fingers over the key broad and the problem was fixed. it was a stuck key! No charge, no trying to get me to take extra services. I highly recommend this honest, professional business

I recently went to Custom Computers to see if I should clean up my laptop or get a new one. The staff was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and gave me all the pros and cons without any pressure. (Or making me feel dumb)I came back Monday with my decision, brought in my old system and took my new computer home today with everything all set up and ready to use including my short-cuts. I brought my laptop here to get the screen replaced brought the screen in myself they replace it broke a piece after replacing it, but didn’t even care to call and tell me I had to call them to find out what was going on then I take the laptop home and try to use it and the screen is broken then they’re trying to tell me that the screen that I brought them must’ve already been broken. Horrible, customer service, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible !!!!
