After spending over $1200 on 4 mailboxes, 2 of the doors fell off due to poor welds on the door hinges. When I called the company for assistance I was told that this was a known problem and that I should take them to a metal fabricator to get them fixed. They offered no assistance and do not stand behind their products even when they know that they are poorly made. Do not buy from this company!

I wish I would have saved myself $1000 and just bought a standard mailbox. A $40 mailbox from Amazon would have lasted longer… I wouldn’t waste my money here again.
