Custom Truck

Soon after I bought my Toyota Tacoma in 2004, I bought a camper shell from Custom Truck. 18 years later (!) the weather stripping had disintegrated on one side of the shell and wasn't repairable. My Tacoma now has 253K miles and a brand new camper shell. Custom Truck had the same great customer service and fast installation that I remembered from 18 years ago, and I'm happy to say that I still highly recommend them! (The truck is just dirty in these photos, the paint DOES match ?)

The team here were absolutely fantastic with my topper install on my RAM 1500, from the sales process through to installation and handover I felt 100% confident. The sales side involved giving a great outline of all the options, benefits, functions and the luxury bits if those are what you wanted - however at no time was it anything other than informational for me to make the right decision that fit what I wanted. The installation side involved a reasonable deposit, and clear timelines that were slightly pessimistic, which was great because the product arrived a week or so early, and it's always nice for little surprises. (If you ordered and somehow it was late, I would definitely not be blaming them, they did a great job of communicating good expectations with me) On day of installation they walked around the truck and took photos/videos of everything - I really appreciated this because again it ensured that we were all on the same page about what truck they received and what truck I got back. Made me confident that IF there were any issues that they would be resolved (ie I trust that they would use the video to highlight any issues, not just if I complained about something that wasn't their fault). Day of pickup involved a full walkaround of all the setup and inspection of all the parts - and then instructions on what I needed to do to tighten down bolts in a weeks time to ensure everything was on track, and a request to visit them again if there were any issues - again something after all my interactions with them I am confident they would be resolved (not that I have had any issues!) Ok, there you go, long reply that was not requested of me, just found myself looking at my truck after a month of having it and realizing how impressed I was and so I came in here to write this. Thanks Custom Truck team, i'll be sending people your way in the future!

Vito and Custom Truck Team did a great job on my jeep gladiator, they went above and beyond sourcing parts for me as well as meeting my tight timeline for my cross country road trip. I couldn't of asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

We had a rooftent installed on our Ford F150. The rack for the rooftent was installed pretty complex with extra brackets and blocks of plastic. We had to go back to get that al removed, had a piece of the rack cut off, and installed it directly on the bed. We did not have to pay for the modifications because it could have be done right in the first place. It looks great and is way more solid!

The team at Custom Truck are top notch in both customer service as well as craftsmanship. I ordered a leer 180 and it came swiftly in 6 weeks. They washed my shelf prior to placing it on the truck, and did a great job installing the shell onto my truck. The team also informed me of the features on the shell once the shell was installed. Super cool bunch of people and highly professional. I recommend these guys over the competition 100%.

This place is one of the few places like it in the peninsula. They so a great job and the owners are good people
