Had a nice experience at the Clayton CVS with the current store manager Rhetchel and the store associates. The store has been clean, organized, and friendly!

No way to get an immediate answer on the phone from ANYONE. Why would you run a business that cannot receive phone calls?

So let me share my experience here at Clayton cvs. First me and my friend asked nicely to put our expensive bikes inside the store while we shop but when we did do some blonde lady and her little boyfriend yelled at us and told us to leave. Me and my friend then went in one by one (one watched bikes) and we bought some gift cards. I walked in and blonde lady and her boyfriend were talking smack and gossiping about me and my friend the entire time I was shopping. I was also watched while checking out like I was stealing something. Next, my friend walks in and tried to buy another gift card. Apparently they declined, all of them. The entire stock. After he couldn’t buy any they would refuse to refund his money and had to call the manager just to refund him 20$. Don’t go to this cvs the Clayton valley shopping center one next to ross is so much better. Hell even go to Walgreens. Also they told us we couldn’t park bikes inside because the fire department would charge 10k for parking bikes. PARKING BIKES. Again don’t go here you’ll get yelled at by blonde and her boyfriend and loose 10k.

I absolutely hate calling this store. Their stupid automated system takes several minutes to reach anyone and bugs me every single time to download a stupid app. Time to switch pharmacies.

They had my updated prescription but they gave me my old prescription. Since I didn't check it's all my fault and they can't take it back. This pharmacy doesn't take responsibility for it's errors, and isn't concerned about customer satisfaction. Switching to Walgreen's.

Cvs calls 12 times in 2 days telling me my script is ready i go there and they want me to go shopping for 30 min. While they fill my script. Not once but for a year . Like a fool Schedule a covid shot and they cancelled it for no reason. Stop using this hack pharmacy
