My experience with Deborah's Bridal was beyond amazing! I am a plus sized woman who lost weight in preparation for the wedding... but not as much as I wanted to lose. At any rate, I went to another bridal store and had a miserable experience. I had called and set up the appointment with the other place and let them know I was plus sized. But when I arrived, they had nothing pulled and nothing in my size. It was a horrendous experience and very painful. I was not looking forward to going to another dress shop. But my wedding was less than 3 months away and I needed to make a move. So, I went to yelp and found Deborah's. I drove by on my way to an appointment and actually saw the business. I called that morning and they were able to make an appointment for a few hours later. When I got there, they had the mirror personalized and a room waiting for me!! I was in love at first step inside this establishment. They had pulled multiple dresses that were off the rack and could go as is...I tried on a few dresses and I finally found THE ONE! The gals were so supportive. They were kind and affirming and understood where I was mentally. The made my previously sour experience, Super SWEET! I would absolutely recommend any future bride give them a call. For those that say they are expensive, I didn't feel that way. My dress was beautiful and reasonably priced. I purchased a beautiful gown for my daughter's wedding at Deborah's Bridal. After months of looking online and in dress shops I was surprised at the non existent choice of gowns for mothers of the bride and groom. After more searching online, I found Deborah's Bridal and whenI saw thier selection, I quickly made my appointment. It was a relief to finally have a choice of beautiful gowns to try on. So to all you mother of the bride and grooms looking for dresses, look no further than Deborah's Bridal. They will provide excellent customer service and a real choice of gowns that are elegant. They also provide in house alterations which is very convenient.

Had an appointment today to have my mom try on mother of the bride dresses. Upon meeting with the consultant she let us know they were no longer ordering dresses and whatever was on the rack is what would be sold/available. This was a complete waste of time and gas coming. A courtesy call would’ve been appreciated

I cannot recommend Deborah’s bridal enough. Everyone was amazing and so helpful. This was my second bridal store I went to and I think I tried on about 3 dress before I tried on the one. They made me feel so comfortable and confident and beautiful. I they had me select a few dresses when made my appointment and from there they were able to help me select exactly what I was looking for. All the dresses were beautiful and affordable. They would reach out to me when my items were arriving to the store and it was great knowing they kept me in the loop every step of the way. Alterations were a breeze and everything was perfect.

My daughter and I walked in and immediately were greeted. We then were directed to the alteration department located towards the back of the boutique. Connie was so professional, friendly and had a warm smile.
She directed us to my daughter’s dressing room. The boutique is very clean and my daughter’s dressing room had a cute area to place her clothes. She changed into her quinceanera (similar to a sweet 16) dress.

Helen was our seamstress, she was very gentle and made my teenager feel very comfortable when pinning her modest area. My teenager enjoyed her experience. Helen, Connie and the rest of the staff were amazing.

I came to Deborah's on a recommendation from my mother after having worked with them previously. In addition to the highly positive recommendation I'd also heard great things about the shop both online and at bridal expos so I was very excited to make this my first dress shopping experience.

Upon arrival my party was escorted to the sitting area and only 1 person was allowed to walk a small section to help me select my dress, it seemed strange but I didn't make note of it until another bride and her entire party were allowed to walk the same sections. I do not know why i was only allowed 1 person.

They do not allow any sort of photography. They will take photos of you on an ipad and show you the photos at the end, after trying on your dress you will NOT be allowed to view photos until you have purchased the dress, again photos you did not take. This struck me as extremely odd and I had to ask about this policy several times because I do not understand why it is in place. This was my first of 3 appointments and i wish I had photos of what i tried on to compare to the other dress shops.

The staff wasn't particularly friendly, while I feel the attendant I had did her best it just was not what I expected from a highly reputable shop. The appointment felt extremely rushed and i was uncomfortable with the attendant in the room while I changed dresses (which is not the norm i later found out at a different shop!).
Admittedly I was a little silly and excitable/ emotional, I'm excited to be a bride and marry my best friend! Perhaps the high energy level was off putting? Ultimately I left feeling unserved and highly disappointed/ disheartened. While I was in love with one of the dresses when I left that day I found I did not want to return to deal with the sales people or give them my money. Luckily I found a dress I loved even more elsewhere!

I gave 3 stars as I want to give the staff the benefit of the doubt, perhaps it was an off day?
