Friendly acknowledgeable, um, professional. you get your phone back same day in most cases, unless, they have the order apart.And then you get it the following day. The prices were very reasonable. I recommend this place. I love supporting black-owned businesses. kudos. to locos, I think that's his name. He was very nice.

Very rude when I called barely wanted to answer my questions , go down to Zims Cellphone world in south Dekalb he got my phones fixed in no time . Also was 100$ cheaper than what they priced me over the phone .

Absolute stellar place, I can't think of a single bad thing I'd ever say about them. Asked about a battery replacement yesterday, they said they'd have to order the battery in, but it would be overnight and asked for a good faith deposit to do so (totally fair, I'd ask the same). I paid the deposit and sure enough got a call the next day it was in. Swung by and dropped off the device, they were done just as fast as they said they would and even stayed open a bit longer to make sure it could get replaced and picked up same day.

I'm awful with names, but the guy working who did the replacement, A+ all around. Also whoever handled my inquiry and deposit yesterday, also A+. Absolutely reasonable pricing, fantastic service, I'll 100% use them again if I need it, and definitely recommend without a worry.

DO NOT BUY PHONE. This place is only good for phone and accessories repairs. I bought an IPhone 8 off display. Phone was already dead so I insist that the phone be charged and turned on so I can examine it. Everything checked out good. Went to my local service to get it activated and it went through smoothly. Not until I decide to make a phone call. The person on the other side of the line couldn’t hear me. I knew the mic in the phone was not working so I immediately take it back to the store. I had to wait an additional 4 days for phone to be fixed because they didn’t have the part in the store. 2 weeks later my screen on the phone is black and not responding. I don’t have the patience to take the phone back up there to get it fixed once again. There’s no refund so I’m just left with a already broken IPhone. So you’re just better off getting your screen fixed for your electronic phones and accessories

I literally threw my Note 20 Ultra on the pavement at approximately 3:30 pm, I cracked the left corner. I arrive to Dee Knows Phone at 4:45 pm, I explained what happened and I was quoted a price of $325.00 to repair phone. I gave the gentleman the phone and return to pick it up little after 7pm. The gentleman explained I was quoted the price for the Note 20 but he refused to allow me to pay the difference. The staff was knowledgeable, courteous and on time. I would highly recommend👍👍👍👍👍

I asked for the entire back of my phone to be fixed, I was advised that it would take over the weekend to repair, I stated I would go somewhere else. The owner caught me while I was leaving stating he could have it repaired. There was a specific piece that needed and I was very specific about wanting the entire back of my phone case to be repaired and it was not. Went back Monday to be informed by the owner that I only paid to have the specific piece. I would never pay for only a part of my phone to be fixed. I wanted the entire back part of my phone replaced. Very bad business
