Chase was very helpful. I came in for a battery at 11pm and was out in less than 6 minutes. Just because there are a few bad apples doesn’t mean the whole company is cider. This place has saved me twice because they stay open until midnight and I’m thankful for that. Thank you Delta Truck Center.

This place is in ressccesion.for transmission oil 770$ plus 3%creadit card fees .
Come on dealers ur per hour 220 $ over 2 hour labor for service.u gone up in slow market.frights market gone down.
Now dealer start making extra money on creadit card transactions. good job .recover ur self from creadit card fees and get out from dealer recession

May be ur rate per hour is low thatsby covering difference from creadit card fees.worse place becareful guys bring cash only they love it and they donot want pay to state .
Let us people know when u get out from dealer recession
U know ur employees open bolt than go restroom than come back after 30 minutes open another bolt and go back in office to talk other guys than back again tight 1 bolt than again go to get coffee and come back after 30 minutes put oil in transmission than go back again for lunch or paper work.walking around shop why coustmer pay for that?2 hour time period u can change engine oil and transmission plus filter easily.
It’s joke how smart ur MACHNIC ?or tecnican who take over 2 hour for only transmission oil change.
Trained them for fast work not for lazy .
Everyone work in this shop like new or untrained people.

I recently took my semi-truck to 🚨( Delta Truck Center ) 🚨for repairs, and I have to say, I’m thoroughly disappointed with the experience. First, the communication was terrible. They gave me an estimate of 2-3 days for the repairs, but my truck was in the shop for over a week with no updates unless I called repeatedly to check on the status.
When I finally got my truck back, the issue I brought it in for was only partially fixed, and now there’s a new problem that wasn’t there before. It’s clear they rushed the job and didn’t take the time to do it right.
To make matters worse, the final bill was significantly higher than the original estimate, with no explanation for the additional charges. The staff was dismissive when I tried to address my concerns, and I left feeling completely unheard.
I rely on my truck for my livelihood, and this experience has cost me time, money, and trust. I won’t be returning to this shop and would caution other truck owners to think twice before doing business 😡😡😡😡

I stopped in at Delta Truck Center for a service related issue on a 2020 5700 Wester Star. There were codes related to after treatment system as well being de rated to 55mph. At the service desk I was greeted by both Victor and Kaylee. Both were professional in the process of checking in as well as listening to my concerns.
From the time I arrived to the time all the issues with the truck had been resolved. Was five day. I was permitted to stay on site in my truck after each shift till all the repairs were made. There were multiple issues related to the after treatment system that had to be replaced. There were multiple technicians involved due to the longevity of testing process, I will mention the technicians that worked on my truck started off with Yodie, Brigham, Jesse’s and Angel. All of the technicians played a vital part in assessing and deploying removal and replacement of various components. Jesse and Angel performed the majority of the repairs. They were polite, well trained and very attentive to myself as the customer. I will also mention the service manager John. John was respectful professional and very helpful throughout the entire repair and finalizing the invoice. I want to mention Liz as well. Liz was very helpful in locating and obtaining a back ordered item vital in completing the repair. John went out of his way to personally pick up that part from an out of network vendor approximately a hundred plus miles from the shop. I greatly appreciate the experience I had with this Western Star dealer. Thank you all for your help.

We operate a fleet of Freightliner Cascadias and have been loyal to the brand for years. Unfortunately, our experience with Delta Truck Center has been nothing short of a nightmare. This is hands down the worst Freightliner dealership for repairs we've come across.

Their approach to warranty claims is appalling—every single issue seems to come with an excuse to deny coverage. Instead of standing by the Freightliner brand and assisting their customers, they seem more focused on avoiding responsibility.

Due to our repeated negative experiences with Delta Truck Center, we’ve decided to move away from Freigtliner. Moving forward, we will be adding Volvo and Kenworth trucks exclusively. Delta Truck Center’s service has completely soured us on Freightliner, and we cannot in good conscience continue to deal with them.

We hope Freightliner takes note of how this dealership's actions are driving loyal customers away.
