Barb & James did the flowers for my wedding back in October. We could not have been more pleased with the flower arrangements! Barb is the sweetest person I have ever met! The dedication and passion she has for her floral business is so amazing. She promised us the most beautiful arrangements and that’s exactly what she delivered! She was so easy to work with and was in contact with me throughout the entire process. She truly makes sure that everything will be perfect. Her husband transported and set up the arrangements at our venue and did an incredible job. It was so beautiful. They were so great to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I ordered an arrangement for my aunt’s funeral, Barb called to let me know the flowers for the arrangement I picked were not available but she would do something very nice for me in a different color. I agreed and shortly afterward I received a photo and phone call asking if I liked it. The arrangement was even more beautiful than the one I ordered. Such wonderful caring people to ensure my flowers represented how we felt about our aunt are truly appreciated. I live out of state and the service rendered was amazing. I would recommend Barb & James for any occasion.

Public review for Designs by Barb and James in Oak Hill, WV.

I was desperately searching for an excellent florist to design my Father’s funeral standing spray and learned that Barb and her team were the absolute best in the area. Sadly, when I called, I was told that they do not deliver to the area where my Father’s service is. It was too far from their shop.

I asked to speak to Barb, the owner, and explained to her why this was so important to me and began pleading for her to do my design. She instantly agreed and offered to drive over an hour for the delivery to the funeral home with a delivery fee. I explained what I wanted and sent her photos of ideas and she and her team got to work. Their shop did this with only a two day notice. Barb texted me the attached photo tonight for approval of the completed design and I was overwhelmed with joy. She and her team created exactly what I wanted. The flower design couldn’t be any more perfect.

Barb, you and your team are incredibly talented. I will forever be grateful to you and your shop for helping me express my love for my Father through your stunning flowers. ❤️🌹❤️
