These folks are great! I couldn't get an appointment quickly with the Apple Store, so I begrudgingly booked one here. I was skeptical that I would get the same level of service here. Another 5 stars service - I love this place - I come here all the time because they are an Apple Authorized repair location and honestly I don't like going to the Apple Store. It used to be Advanced Microsystems and now Deviceland and they are wonderful! I have never been to an Apple Store because of them. I get such personalized attention each time. Everyone that works there is great but this time I must an extra thank you to Umamah. I am not super tech savvy and she was able to assist me with all the things I needed to get done before I turned my computer in. She was so kind and patient and didn't make me feel as inadequate as I actually was. I wish more people had customer service like this.
My computer had to be left while they ordered the part (needed a new keyboard and trackpad) which could take 3-4 days (a requirement of Apple). Imagine my surprise when I received a call that my computer was ready THE NEXT DAY! My computer was cleaned and given to me like new and it was all covered by Apple care. Save yourself the hassle of going to the Apple Store and come here to take care of all your Mac needs.
