Shoutout to the guy who answered the phone on 11/09/24 at 2:55pm. I need a piece of advice, as I’m wiring my own speakers in my old truck, and he was super helpful! I needed to know what the little converter was that is used to connect a stock speaker wire to a new speaker. For those wondering it is called a “stock speaker harness.” Helps you from having to Solder the old wires on to the new speakers.

Went to get a back up camera and a info center for our motorhome. ABSOLUTELY a joke. They mounted it on the bumper, right in front of the door to the "garage", instead of at the top of the motorhome aiming down, running it through the wiring like its suppose to be done. Now it gets bumped all the time
And even when it doesn't it moves it's self. I'll be going somewhere else for all our stereo needs from now on. The RV guy said yeh, don't ever go to them again. He said the other DFM is MUCH better. But I won't give DFM our business ever again. We've bought 4 stereo systems from them and numerous other things. But they're hacks now.

This shop had exactly what I was looking for in a new car stereo and they were able to install it right then and there. Installation took less than the quoted time of 45min. I paid for parts and installation and they were reasonably priced. The front desk guy, Jorge, was not only able to explain all of their products so I could make the best choice for myself, he also showed me how my new stereo works before I left.

I had an amp, and front and rear speakers installed here. I bought everything from DFM as they have a great selection in their showroom. It was a bit frustrating at first as the person who did the install did something incorrectly and things didn't fully work properly. I have a newer car with a complex stock stereo. When I brought the issue to the attention of the owner (Tom) he made sure that everything was taken care of in a very expeditious and professional manner. He had his lead installer take a look and he was able to (easily) figure out the problem and fix it very quickly. While it was a bit of stress for me, I have to give a nod to DFM for going out of their way to make sure that everything was done well and that I was happy. They truly care about their customers and I appreciate that. Any other stereo work that I want to have done in the future I will be back with confidence.

They got me in right away on a Sunday! Very polite people service was fine and my new stereo was great. Only complaint was my speakers were already bad but they told us it would be fine, two blocks down the road after leaving my speakers shorted out and stopped playing immediately. We fixed it and worked something out only $130 for two speakers was very nice to see them get right on it.

Very disappointed with the installation, very disappointed with the whole experience. Took my vehicle to get something else installed in my vehicle at a very well-known Los Angeles installation company and they found so many things that were done wrong and for the price I paid no wonder my system sounded horrible. Consumer beware

I went with my friend he had problems with his JL audio speakers they were nice and took care of the problem and gave him advice and ordered the part he needed.

Had to give one star just to review, but had bad service and haven't gotten back to me. Guy solm some basic speakers that go in and out of sound, not willing to make a box for my subwoofer. I guess if you don't have a new truck with wheels and substantial income they give you the worst service and are less of a priority which is logical
