I wanted to reset my wedding rings in yellow gold. I had a vision of turning the center stones east/west with a bezel and Dianne knocked it out of the park! If you want a custom design for your jewelry 100/10 recommend Diamond’s Custom Jewelers!

I was passing by Diamond's Custom Jewelers on my way home as it's a block away from my house. I came to the locked door. The sign showed that it was open. I had to ring the doorbell, and a lady came out of the door and locked it when she came out. It seemed like she was afraid or didn't want to let me in. I asked what she did, as I was looking to test some jewelry I had and have something made or purchase a new ring. She was very unfriendly and had an attitude with me. I don't know what it was, but I had a very bad vibe. As a woman of color, I don't feel like I will be returning to give them my business.

Diane is the best! She helped me pick out beautiful lockets for my wife and baby and was so charismatic, even calling to remind me to make sure I came and picked them up before their birthday. I interviewed two other jewelers before selecting Diamonds’ Custom Jewelers. The store has been there for years and in the past I had been happy with my interaction with this jeweler. I worked directly with Dianne Hancock to create a ring I had been thinking of for years. I presented my design and the size of stone for my ring and she took care of the rest. She is pleasant and engaging, the ring is gorgeous and the price was fair. I also purchased a beautiful necklace and left some other items for repair. My experience was Great and I Thank Dianne for her expertise.

I first went to Diamond’s Custom Jewelers after a friend recommended it. Dianne has been so awesome to work with! After my diamond popped off of my engagement ring, she helped me order a setting that was much more appropriate for my stone. She also helped us choose a new chain for my husband (she was super patient and flexible to stay the least). All around, great place to purchase and care for your jewelry.
