Worst experience. Terrible Terrible racist reps. I On November 5th, I placed an online order for an item that was marked as available at the Sunnyvale location. I arrived to pick up my order an hour later, but when I inquired about it, the cashier went to check in the back. After waiting for about 5-10 minutes, I was informed that my order was not available, despite the confirmation that it was in stock when I ordered it. The staff offered to assist me in finding the item at the Fremont store and even mentioned a 10% discount as compensation for the inconvenience. I accepted this offer and called the Fremont store to confirm that they had the item on hold for me. However, when I arrived at the Fremont store, approximately 20 miles away, the staff informed me that they could not apply the promised discount. I had already communicated my situation to them, yet they were dismissive and unhelpful. During my visit, I experienced a lack of respect from the staff, who were unprofessional and condescending. I even felt there was an underlying tone of disrespect. When I asked to speak to a store manager, I was told that the individuals present were the managers, which left me feeling unheard and disrespected. While in the store, I called customer service, and a representative began to assist me in transferring my order to the Fremont location. Unfortunately, when I went to the cashier again, they still could not find my order. The store manager then made false claims to the customer service representative that I was harassing them, which was completely untrue. Despite trying to clarify the situation, I was asked to leave the store. I attempted to record the interaction to document the behavior, but my recording did not capture the initial encounter. The entire experience was not only frustrating but also deeply disappointing. I felt completely disregarded and insulted as a customer. While the 10% discount (approximately $5-6) is not substantial, it represents a lack of accountability and respect for customers. I was embarrassed and insulted by how I was treated for an issue that was not my fault. This was my first time shopping at Dick's Sporting Goods, and I left with a lasting negative impression.

Passing by motorhome in Fremont, I place an Amazon order with instructions to the address: motorhome num .... in the parking lot opposite Dick's. The driver does not read the instructions and delivers to Dick's. Thank you to Dick’s for doing everything possible to find my package among their many packages. And all this with kindness. I highly recommend.

Went in looking for some fishing gear. Half of it had no price labels. Couldn't find anyone to scan things for me to let me know the prices. But the things they did have prices on were significantly more expensive than other stores. Spent some time looking at other area of the store and it seemed disorganized and also lacking labels. At the front of the store on my way out there were 6 employees all hanging out and talking though.

very clean and organized store, nice customer support, however 4* because most of the products are overpriced since they are name brands like nike sweatshirts for $55. despite this I still recommend going because of the high-quality selections!

I came in today and was looking at some hoodies minding my business and then I seen 3 employee at the cashier just staring at me and one of the girl white or Hispanic pointing her finger at me and I was like huh why are they staring at me and pointing her finger at me I don’t know them or anything so I went up to them and asked if they could get a L size for the Nike hoodie in the back since they didn’t have them in the front and the African American girl said they don’t have it when she didn’t even checked on her device and I told her it says yall have it in stock in this location on the website and her other employee checked and they do have it in the back and she started having lazy attitude about her having to go all the way in the back to look for it like that’s your job if you don’t want to do that than don’t work there simple instead of having a lazy attitude in front of the customer then she came back with those hoodies and gave it to me and I said thank you and said can you open the fitting room literally in front of her face and she just ignored what I said and walked away like that’s disrespectful and bad customer service then this guy came and opened the fitting room door and I had like 5-6 clothes I’m trying on so of course it was gonna take some time then I hear a knock oustide the fitting room talking about are you good ? Like damn is there a time limit for a fitting room ? I was in there for like 15 min max making sure the clothes fits me and if I like them for me to buy it , these are each 50-70$ clothes I can’t just look at them or quickly try them on im trying to make sure I spend my money on things i actually like and would wear and then I went to the cashier to pay and I see all the cashier about 4 of them just all staring at me like that just making me uncomfortable and pissed off like can I help yall ? Is there a problem Like this is my first time seeing these people in my life I don’t know what their issue is but I was trying my best not to go off on them like how you gonna just stare at customer from the beginning to the end and having attitude making a uncomfortable and bad customer experience like I didn’t do nothing for them to being acting like that , whoever the manager or owner needs to check their employees or check the cameras especially that tall African American girl that worked on July 30th around 4:30 pm in the front , with that attitude towards a customer is very disrespectful if you don’t want to work or lazy about the work that your job requires you to do than don’t come to work or find a another job , having that negative energy especially in front of a customer is rude and disrespectful. I’ve been coming to this location for years since they opened and I have never got this type of bad customer service from this location until now. Whoever is the hiring manager please make sure your hiring someone that’s actually gonna provide good customer service instead of a lazy attitude , disrespectful service in front of the customer.
