When I ask to speak to a manager “Paty” said she was the owner of the store and that there was no one to complain with....I don’t even know if thats her real name since they dont have a name tag but on the receipt it says “ELENA” she worked on 5/18/20 around 6pm at the Newhall Store. Really bad service from Paty...gives the wrong information and after she made a mistake pf putting a different plan on mu phone she didn't help to fix the problem....I will not return to this store.
