Extremely rude people! I called because I wanted to ask some questions about mortgages and I was told that I needed to come to a branch during business hours. Fine whatever heads to a branch closest one is an hour from me, I check in and waited about 15 minutes. Then this woman came out Janet no pleasantries or anything just “we can’t help you we have no one here to answer your questions you have to call” I told her I did and was told to come in “you did not speak to anyone at this branch we would have told you no” well I did it’s the closest one too me. She was super rude no customer service skills. Can’t tell if you hate your life or your job but neither is my problem learn what customer service is and then maybe try and find something new. LOOKOUT FOR THE INDIAN WOMAN NAMED JANET HER NAME TAG SAID SHES BEEN THERE SINCE 2020 BE ADVISED AND STAY FAR AWAY

Worst tellers ever , bunch of unprofessional tellers behind the glass , their jokes with each other is more important than the customers that are waiting in line. Couple of kids with no respect, they are lucky I did not snap and made a scene in front of everyone. ,, they are lucky I was in good mood

Worst location ever. This is two or three time I come here everything is slow. The people on the Desk don't care. Alex Perez looks like he doesn't know what he is doing. He asked me my phone number 3 times to make a deposit? He asked me my membership number as well two times to make a deposit. Long line everyday. What is wrong with you guys?

I'm a long time DCU member here.
I mainly deal with the leominster location but recently visited the Waltham office.
While I was at the Waltham located I was assisted by Sairy Ramirez. She was extremely helpful & very informative.
She completed my car loan process quickly. She made my visit to DCU a pleasant one.
It also didn't hurt that she was extremely pleasant to look at .

This is the most useless bank that I've ever seen. They just flatly refused to give me a cashier's check via credit union sharing. I've had similar instances in the past when I just walked over to RTN Federal Credit Union and they helped me out in 5-10 minutes.

Don't waste your time going to this bank or this location. I'm not going to go back here again

I've been a long time member of DCU and today I visited this branch in specific, this young woman named Giovanna walked me through the understandings of so many things! Some stuff I've been struggling with for a while.. she explained the process of online banking in great detail to help me understand and equity loans she really made the process of banking efficient and with a smile! I will be coming to this branch with any of my banking needs and I would recommend this branch to everyone!

I have been a member for 17 years, since change over in C-Suite this bank has gone seriously downhill, pretty disappointing. Everything from no virtual account access (up to 16 hours while traveling), long deposit holds and poor customer service (changes to accounts without notification)I have decided to close up shop on DCU - The era of local credit unions is over, online banks offer better service, and technology.
