Alex is a total professional! He not only does the work but explains to you step-by-step what hes doing and how it benefits you. This is the 3rd time hes done service for me over the past 5 years. He's a local guy in my neighborhood, and when you see him at the store he greets you with the same smile he does when he's doing work on your computer. A lot more personable than dealing with somebody over the counter at Best Buy. With all the knowledge and more.

Alex was awesome! Kept me updated and let me know what the real issues were immediately. Super friendly guy and got my laptop done quickly too. It took him about 4 days to change my internal battery but that was with shipping in the parts. Would definitely recommend and come back!

I have not been happy with my laptop since it was purchased. I have had it a long time and since day one it has been so slow. I have had it repaired or at least an attempt to fix it numerous times. The hard drive finally crashed. Called Alex yesterday and took it in to be fixed. It was returned to me in 24 hours and I am so pleased with the results. It is faster than the day I purchased it. The cost to fix was such a value. I would recommend Alex as you computer whiz any time. I would give him 10 stars!!!

Alex was very fast with diagnosis of the issue, excellent communication, quick response with fixing the issue and at a fair price too. Will keep his number for future reference if needed. Definitely recommend his services.
