I was just there to pick up an order and the young White female seemed as though she had an attitude about something, and did not want to be bothered with customers. I looked for a name tag, but didn't see one. Staff needs to be more customer friendly!!

Love the atmosphere this place has. The staff is so friendly and don't mind stepping away from what they are doing to tell you about your medicine or show you how to give yourself a shot. 10 out of 10 highly recommend

Closes early and opens late with NO announcement or change in hours on socials/google. Very unprofessional. I am an insulin dependent diabetic and I NEED my medication and now in addition to my copay I have to pay them I also somehow have to find money to go buy insulin over the counter somewhere else because I NEED it.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Over the last few months the that have gotten progressively worse. They haven't just done this to me either. Had my refills called in instead of notifying me that one of my prescriptions seemed off or calling my Doctor. They wait until someone co es to pick them up and now I have to be without my meds for the weekend. You would think they would notice the pattern and that something just a little off. Seems as though they don't care about their customers anymore. I have called in my daughters prescription and they tell her no one called it in then when she tells them which script to refill they fill the wrong medication. I am completely over this pharmacy! This hasn't even been the first time they have done this with my scripts. As soon as I get in touch with my doctor on Monday I will never be back to this pharmacy

I LOVE THIS PHARMACY!! The staff goes above and beyond the call of duty, always willing to help in any way they can. This location is very efficient. But honestly, I can't say enough about the staff...they are wonderful!!! Gonna miss doing business with them now that we have moved. Keep up the excellent work guys!!

I left Fred's pharmacy three years ago and moved to doctors orders. I realise now that was a mistake. Miscounting medications, not having them ready on time for starters. I have an appointment with my physician this morning and I intend on trying Woodlands pharmacy. Very disappointed in Doctors Orders.
