Henry is great. I am an it professional & I go to HIM when I'm stumped. Known him 30 years from back when you had to build your own pcs.

Scammed a child. Kid called and asked cost to remove 2 bolts in computer. The man told him he wouldn’t charge him. Got into the store and man removed the bolts again telling the child it was free, when the work was finished (time spend on computer 3 minutes) he then informed the child he had to pay $20.00.

I'll let you be the judge. In my opinion, he's pretty shady. Gave an estimate that was very reasonable, but then, it was one thing after another...it ended up costing very nearly as much as I paid for the brand new Laptop!
