One thing that really stood out to me was that they are bilingual. Not only did they help me, but they were also able to assist my mother, who only speaks Spanish. This made the whole experience much easier and more enjoyable for both of us.

First let me say that I’m in sales and I’m always interested to see how people try to sell me things. This experience was surprisingly smooth. The sales person was personable yet professional. She listened to what I was looking for and patiently waited until I was done. She asked to half dozen questions all pertaining to what I had just said. And I actually felt she heard me. I ended up deciding to go with some of the suggestions she made and I am excited not only to pick up the ring when it’s ready but show it to my fiancé.
