I had a great experience at Don Roberto’s Jewelers! The girls who work there are amazing – they were friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. One thing that really stood out to me was that they are bilingual. Not only did they help me, but they were also able to assist my mother, who only speaks Spanish. This made the whole experience much easier and more enjoyable for both of us. Their professionalism and kindness did not go unnoticed, and I appreciate the time they took to explain everything clearly. This jewelry store is hands down one of the best! Everyone was very welcoming as I first entered the store and they helped me throughout the whole process of purchasing items for my loved ones. One of their workers, Xio, was very helpful and had the most amazing customer service from beginning to the end of my purchase. Truly an amazing store to go when wanting to purchase jewelry!

First let me say that I’m in sales and I’m always interested to see how people try to sell me things. This experience was surprisingly smooth. The sales person was personable yet professional. She listened to what I was looking for and patiently waited until I was done. She asked to half dozen questions all pertaining to what I had just said. And I actually felt she heard me. I ended up deciding to go with some of the suggestions she made and I am excited not only to pick up the ring when it’s ready but show it to my fiancé.

Had such a great experience with one of the ladies there. I felt very welcomed and assisted with purchasing the best pieces of jewelry! Definitely will recommend to my family and friends to purchase their jewelry here.
